The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return."

"The Staff were excellent. Very friendly and always happy to help. We didn't like the bed arrangement as the sheets were to small to tuck in and constantly wound come off. The doova cover was the same, constantly coming off. And the room smelt like they sprayed so much disinfectant around the chemical smell was making us feel sick. It smelt like it had been sprayed on our pillows... it was everywhere. They need to stop spraying that stuff everywhere and just clean the room as it makes you feel...

"We really enjoyed our time here, it's a great base to explore Bariloche and especially Circuito Chico. The breakfast is great and the owners are so nice and friendly. We spoke to the owner about his family history, being descended from Lewis Jones, the founder of the Welsh colony in Argentina. The Welsh tea (Te Gales) was a great taste of home for us two Welshmen staying there. Would highly recommend staying in this beautiful posada. "

"Dejé olvidado un artículo de valor en la habitación el día del check-out que desde el momento que me di cuenta me comuniqué con el hotel con la Total confianza de recuperarlo pero sencillamente se perdieron y no hicieron nada al respecto pareciera que no les importa y me parece grave que en el hotel se pierdan las cosas. Personalmente no me da confianza que teniendo la certeza de que están en la habitación una vez habiendo salido de la misma no encuentren y sencillamente se pierdan las cosas....

"The property is located outside the city center, 2 km, this makes the stay more pleasant and relax as it is quiet and the property grounds and gardens are beautiful. The views from the hotel are spectacular. We arrived 3 hours early, and were able to check in, as our room was very clean and ready. "Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up"
