This place is so comfortably located with an accessible beach. The pool is nice too. We loved the food in the breakfast buffet.

Such a fun week! Such amazing staff. Buffet food was really good. Playmakers make the experience so much fun. Night life is 10/10. Only down side was that people smoke everywhere: In the pool, at the outdoor club..everywhere. kinda gross. Shout out to the staff Alex our amazing server, and Kenia and Joan at the front desk. Everyone seemed to love their job and that says a lot about an organization.

We liked the entertainment. But we booked rock royalty, which gave us different amenities that they never provided, even though we asked for them. Even through concierge service which we had and could text 24hrs but didn’t respond half the time or about something as simple as getting towels for the room. This hotel was very inconsistent with rules and communicating with their own staff. Some days we need a towel key other days we didn’t. When we ask questions about what we need or anything, they would point us to another person to talk to even though we can speak Spanish and then we would get the runaround after three or four people and just give up. The restaurant bookings also was another problem with them telling us to use the tablet in the room, which didn’t work then using the app which didn’t work and we even had one of their own hotel. Staff help us with the app and they couldn’t get it to work and then we had to go book it in line and at a certain time, but sometimes there was even nobody at the restaurant so you could book it. No advantage to having rock royalty even though they said we get extra amenities.

Our second stay did not disappoint. We stayed in the the Tower this trip and loved the accommodations. Bigger rooms than the garden rooms and it was nice not to have to navigate stairs. Definitely not quiet, as the Tower overlooks Bash, night party, but we new what we were here for! The staff was amazing. The beautiful Bianca, concierge, respected our desire to avoid the sales pitches this trip which was much appreciated. Special mention to Alo, our server at Bash. She kept our drinks coming with efficiency a smile every night we were there. Juan at Sea Flirt is as charming and fun as ever. He was our server last year at Flame Restaurant. I do not know who the housekeeper was, but she/he was AMAZING! We never use housekeeping as we are fairly neat people. Our Do Not Disturb sign must of fell off the door because we walked in one evening to a room cleaner than the day we checked in; down to our personal toiletries being organized into little washrag envelopes, and our pile of flip flops sand free and lined up like they were on display! Cheers to your staff! As far as the general atmosphere: we come be kids again (grown up kids). This is an environment in which you will definitely see a bit of nudity, and a lot of playful and very risque games. Know what you are in for before you come! My husband and I are monogamous, but there are many couples of different lifestyles that vacation here to enjoy the atmosphere. There is a welcoming and mutual respect for all here!

Beautiful resort. I felt safe. Lots of dining options but required reservation and always sold out. Staff friendliness and service inconsistent. Some made me felt unimportant, sometimes i felt ignored. A few of the staff were exceptional but the culture requires tipping so easily depleted my money reserves
