Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
A horrible experience
The hotel is new, the location is very convenient for a reasonable price.
Everything could have been very good except for the lack of ability of the young manager to solve an uncomfortable situation.
I made a reservation, paid for it and got the confirmation from Hotel.com but when I arrived they told me that this room was not available and that I had to pay more for another room which seemed to me a kind of fraud and allege my disagreement for that.
After much discussion and I told them that I was going to the police (which is known is not an intelligent solution in this country) They made me wait more than 5 hours to give me the keys.
They offered room with breakfast and internet included, but there was never breakfast and the internet did not work properly. They told me that it was a problem with the telephone company.
I said that they have to find a solution for the customer, since they are offering rooms with internet. But manager and owner response was that if I need internet I could buy a SIM card with a data package.
The young manager never apologized for the inconvenience caused and it was very common for him to call his friends eat, drink and watch movies in the lobby with very high volume. As if they were at home!
I thought about changing my hotel, but I didnt want to give money to them for nothing! I have traveled to more than 30 countries and have been to hundreds of hotels and I assure you that my stay at this hotel has been one of the worst in my life
