"The caretaker, Mr. Jey was fabulous. The house was very clean. All facilities were as described on the website. The Homeowner was very easily accessible and prompt to reply to all queries. We enjoyed the stay."

"WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. If you are okay with staying with a caretaker, why not? but we just didn't feel comfortable and something about this place was OFF and...

"We stayed at Devinda's place for 4 nights in January. It is located not to far from Colombo with easy access to Southern Expressway and other amenities. It is very clean and located in a very safe area. Devinda communicated with us through out the booking process and leading up to the stay. Also helped us in getting settled. Very happy to recommend this place for any guests to stay in Colombo suburbs."
