"Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was clean and a good location. The views were fantastic. Elisa was our contact and was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs....

"accueillis de façon particulièrement sympathique par les propriétaires Graziana nous a appris à faire les pâtes, nous a fait goûter de délicieuses tartes et organisé un reps de recettes ombriennes délicieux. Maurizio nous a emmené voir les deux chapelles qu'il a retapées avec sa confrérie et expliqué les fêtes qui s'y déroulent encore le 8 septembre. La nature est sauvage et belle. Un super endroit pour des vacances au calme et dans la nature."

"This apartment is located in a rural building only 8km from Genga and a short drive from the interesting town of Fabriano with it's museums, parks, shops and big supermarkets. Sassoferato, which has Roman remains, is also nearby- (check in advance with the tourist office for visiting. ) We visited the amazing Frasassi caves and also did a little walking in the surrounding countryside. The apartment had useful leaflets and books about the area and we would have visited the fortified villages...

"Heerlijk ruime keuken, ruime slaapkamers en alles was schoon. Claudio de eigenaar was niets teveel, een pareltje! Zwembad schoon en met mooi uitzicht op het dorp. Fijne veranda en alles verder aanwezig."

"Très belle découverte pour nous en Ombrie. La maison dans une ancienne abbaye est très bien placée, avec une belle piscine. Maximiliano et son fils Adamo sont extrêmement prévenants. Seule ombre : la fermeture de la piscine avant la fin de la location et ainsi que le rangement de la table de jardin."

"The whole family loved our holiday; we didn’t want to come home! The stunning villa was immaculately clean and there was so much space. The pool was perfect and kept the children (aged 10 and 6) entertained for hours everyday! We adored the location,the area was very quiet and peaceful but with a grocery shop and a couple of restaurants not too far away in the car. There are also some very pretty towns and villages nearby to explore. We recommend an evening meal at Il Rustico, the views are...
