Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel, vor allem für Städtereisende. Innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht man den Heumarkt, den Kölner Dom und die Fußgängerzone. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Auswahl zum Frühstück - kaum Obst und Gemüse. Das Essen an sich war gut, man konnte sich für den Tag stärken. Wir waren zufrieden und werden sicher auch bei unseren nächsten Besuch wieder hier übernachten. 😊

Superhotel in zentraler Lage
Gute Lage zwischen Alt- und Südstadt, man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Gute Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Das Zimmer war super, Frühstück üppig, es hat alles wunderbar gepasst

Sehr zentral. Ca 15 minuten in die Stadt. U Bahn nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur 4 U Bahn Stationen. Von dort ist man mit dem zug in ca 30 Minuten am Flughafen. Neue, moderne Einrichtung. Großes Hotel, 17 Stöcke. Wir waren im 12 Stock. Schöner Ausblick über die Stadt. Wir waren zum Karneval dort. Das Hotel war ausgebucht. Es dauert ewig bis wir vom 12 Stock im Erdgeschoss waren. Zuerst warten bis ein Lift kommt und dann in so ziemlich jeden Stockwerk ein Stopp. Das war zur Zeit des Frühstück. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe. So viele Leute, es war schwierig einen freien Platz zu finden. Es gibt 3 Kaffeemaschinen. Bei jeder stehen sehr viele Leute an oder es waren alle defekt oder leer. Ich habe auf den Kaffee verzichtet. Wasser war auch oft leer. Apfelsaft und Orangensaft war auch nicht einfach zu bekommen, entweder leer oder viele Leute stehen an. Tipp: früher Frühstücken. 10 Uhr war eine sehr schlechte Zeit. Es gibt ab 6:30 Uhr Frühstück. Am besten so um 8 uhr gehen.

I was on Business travel, and it was really a good hotel to stay. Room interior and cleanliness was satisfying . And also near to Poststr. U-bang station just 4min in foot. Overall a comfort and clean place to stay

Sehr gute Lage, innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man in der Stadt. Personal war auch sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Konnten schon am Vormittag einchecken und sogar unser Zimmer beziehen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern und bequem eingerichtet. Man hat alles was man braucht, vor allem auch genügend Platz, welcher in Stadthotels oft fehlt. Das einzige was ein bisschen gestört hat war, dass der Fernsehempfang im 16. Stock ständig Aussetzer hatte. Denke aber, dass dies am Sturm Sabine lag.
