Parking charge isn’t clear because there seemed to be no street parking so the 18 euros is unavoidable. Also expected a fitness room on-site but it’s a 10min walk outside. Rooms are good. Food quality was great.

The Kasino is a definite 4 star hotel, with superb staff and unmatchable facilities. We were however surprised that the dining room was closed on Sunday. In particular, as nearby Leverkusen had limited dining. Overall though, it's an amazing hotel, and an excellent overnight halt

The property had an overbooking so the same evening I was told that they could not accomodate me. Expedia relocated me and found me an alternative hotel very quickly and saved my night. But the staff at the hotel wasn't helpful at all.

Geweldig!
Wow, fantastisch hotel! Kan niet anders zeggen dan super. Junior suite is geweldig. Als ik 1 kritische noot moet geven, de technologie is er maar geen instructies. We kregen de verwarming niet omhoog en de tv/geluidsinstallatie niet (makkelijk) gekoppeld met de telefoon. Dat laatste is een luxe probleem natuurlijk, geen must.

Super sauber und komfortabel
Weil wir bei der Veranstaltung „Sommernachtstraum“ vom Bayer Weinkeller teilgenommen haben und nicht mehr alkoholisiert nach Dormagen fahren zu müssen, haben wir die Übernachtung im Kasino kurzfristig für einen super Preis gebucht! Sauberkeit u. Komfort war daher das wichtigste!
