"Absolutely amazing stay and experience! The staff were so friendly and hospitable. I booked a 2-bedroom suite for my family and it was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. The hotel staff surprised us with welcome Champaign, fruit, treats and fresh flower! It was such a nice touch! We had an excellent meal at the Cantonese restaurant on-site. I also enjoyed the well equipped gym during my stay. The location is super convenient as it’s right next to Sands. I don’t usually bother leaving reviews but I was wowed by my experience that I feel compelled to share! Highly recommended!!!"

"11/28/24 to 12/1/24 While an older property, showing its age, it is well maintained. Most importantly, peaceful. The staff were wonderful and responsive. I would stay there again. Taxi service was prompt and the doorman was spectacular. "

"The property is beautifully located, next to the beach. The American breakfast is excellent. The only negative for a first time visitor is figuring out how to navigate entry to the reception which is in the middle of a hill, with either a sharp slope or many steps when dropped off by the taxi on the side of the road. Suggest the hotel explains this in its welcome email to a first time guest. "
