"We really enjoyed our stay here. This hotel has everything you need including laundry, a beach, and a hot tub. Took off a star only because the jacuzzi tub in the room was not working properly and we could have used another blanket in the room, but I'd still stay here again."

"You can still see the luxury and opulence that this mountain estate once represented. We felt it everywhere for the week we stayed. But it was the management that made us feel most special. Ricardo and his family took us in and showed us a type of hospitality that we can only describe as gracious. "My experience with the team! Gabriel, Chris and Milagros made sure I was accomodated with assurance knowing I would land at 2am. Milagros stayed up until I made it in the room and had everything I needed. While on property Leslie was excellent. Answered all my questions and provided me with everything I needed. "What a great place!! In the middle of a neighborhood. Doesnt look that appealing but when you go inside the locked gate at Casa Toñita, it's a completely different world! Everything was so vlean and orderly. The pool sparkled the whole week were there. The only thing we didn't care for was it doesn't get very dark in the room at night. There is no blanket on the bed. We had to buy one. And thr neighborhood roosters will start waking you around 130 am... "

"The pictures are not current. The water is across the highway not across the "street" and the water is not suitable for people. They charged 2 separate credit cards that I presented for the stay. The manager was very nice and accommodating for the room. I am waiting to see if my charges are corrected. For some reason housekeeping doesn't give face cloths....they give hand towels. "Noisy lobby with a full blown party going on when we arrived for check-in. It was difficult to even talk with the employee who was checking us in because we could not hear each other over the noise. I did not hear the noise in the bedroom, but I did hear everything that went on in the nextdoor room, Property is OK for a one-night stay but not much more. "

"We were blown away at how beautiful this property was. The sun rises, the pool with mountain views, the animals wandering around; truly magical. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. They took us on an adventure to a secret waterfall which made our kids so happy. We will definitely return. "
