"The decor of the cottage was stunning. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was also really good very near the beach, park, shops and cafes etc. Parking was easy right outside. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed lovely walks along the promenade. A few minor tweaks needed to make this a top class stay. Hairdryer and remote control not working correctly - both need replaced. Sofa was not very comfortable cushions were flat and worn. "Cowper’s Close was a GEM. Suited our family trip (ages newborn to 70s) perfectly. Charm city but also completely comfortable, and the location could not be better. Wonderful to have multiple living spaces (& even a backyard!) for that many people, and the kitchen was the best-equipped of any rental we’ve done. We hope to be back someday….soon!"

"The apartment is very nice and functional. The location is great. Our only negative was that there is not a lot of closet space in the bedrooms. But overall, this place was a great value. "The property is comfortable, and the rooms are impeccable decorated with fine linen and high end bedding. The only inconvenience is that it has one shower and the lighting in the shower room is dim. A quick upgrade to LED Soft white will do the trick. Nevertheless, there is a creek that flows behind the property that is idealic and the walk into town through the Briar path is a storybook experience. Will 100% stay here again. The garden in the back of the property is more than perfect. "

"Right from the initial booking where I had excellent communication from Gillian, the owner, I knew this was going to be a great stay and it did not disappoint. The cottage is on a quiet estate, very easy to get to and the instructions were spot on. The cottage itself was immaculate. "So glad we booked this apartment. Right in the middle of town on Market Street with everything within minutes of walking. The place is very spacious by U.K. standards and the fixtures are pretty high end by the U.S. standard. A two bedroom apartment for the price of a small hotel room. Incredible value!
