This property is in a great location and every room has a lovely view. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Collieure. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and bright with everything you need. The reception staff was most pleasant and able to converse in English which was greatly appreciated. Miriam welcoming from start to finish. She was very gracious and professional. I hope to stay here again some day. Expedia came through once again.

As a solo traveller, the apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The kitchen, although small, was perfect for my needs. The most impressive thing about this apartment is the incredible view from the terrace. The terrace itself has a small table, 4 chairs and a sun lounger to use. The apartment was clean, with fresh sheets and towels. Of course, as it is not a hotel, you are expected to keep the space clean. There were cleaning products provided for this, and it was not a problem to ensure it was in the same condition upon departure. For families, the space may be a little unusual. The children's bunk beds are essentially in the corridor between the bathroom and the rest of the property. The trundle bed in the living room is comfortable, but functions as two single beds, rather than a double. For a longer holiday, having to pull out the bed each night and re-convert it into a couch during the day may become tiresome and annoying. For a few days, just for me, it was fine. Staff were welcoming. Their English skills were great and everything was explained well to me.

Planning a trip to Barcelona & south of France. Had heard how beautiful Collioure was and wanted to stay a couple of nights. A perfect spot with a gorgeous view of the sea and an easy walk into o town. Price was right & amenities perfect for our use!!

The location of hotel is fantastic, all rooms have a view of the sea. I was under the impression when I booked that I had a one bedroomed apartment, when we arrived to our room the bunk beds were situated in what I consider to be a hallway from the door of the apartment leading through to the main room which when I booked was supposed to have a sofa bed and a trundle bed, it just had a sofa bed . We had two 17 year old girls with us, so they had no privacy whats so ever, there do not have air-con so we had just one fan for the 11 nights. Our room was never cleaned once and if we wanted a change of towels I was told I would have to pay 7.00 Euro per pack for each set. So I ended up washing the towels several times. The Receptionists at the main desk have very limited English and were not very helpful. The room would suit a couple on their own, the furniture is modern and clean but it was just too small and they certainly need to get air-con. I would return to Collieure as it is just beautiful but I would not stay at these apartments again. Also Wifi was not free as advertised.

Basic clean accommodation. compact apartment. Close to collioure town. Secure paid parking. limited reception times. no towel replacement or room cleaning throughout 5 day stay. Unhappy that Staff refused to supply an additional pillow stating only 4 pillows allowed per room. exterior of building and solarium area needs attention. Overall reasonable value for money paid.

Great place for family of four.
We loved the area. We thought this place might be too far from the center of town and beaches but it was just a short (10-15 minute) walk. The views were fabulous. The room worked really well for the 4 of us. Loved having a small kitchen and available laundry. The only down side was that this is on the main, ocean front, scenic route road which was busy on the week-end. Otherwise it was a beautiful quiet road. We loved Collioure and staying there! (FYI, it is very helpful if you speak French, otherwise service will be good but there could be communication challenges).

Large, comfortable room a bit too far out of town
Nice rooms and fully equipped, parking on site. They even make arrangements for early or late check-in outside of their limited hours (but I didn't know that in advance). A bit too far from town to really experience "living" in Collioure.

Séjour de 10 jours à COLLIOURE agréable mais malheureusement trés venté. Quelques remarque sur notre hébergement. Places de PK couvert peu facile d'accés, et il faut sortir du PK pour accéder à l'acceuil ? et une porte "piéton" y donne accés donc problème de sécurité !! Cet établissement ne comporte pas d'hébergement pour personne à mobilité réduite (douche àld baignoire ..) Le lit double escamotable (sous les 2 lits superposés) n'est pas pratique mais libère de la place ..Egalement nous avions un probléme se SON de la télé inaudible !? et télé mal placée !! Malgrés tout nous avons passé un bon séjour et merci au personnel de l'acceuil

Apparemments bien situés près de Collioure (5-10 mn à pieds) , petite plage à 3mn à pied, piscine correcte Parking sur la route à 10 euro par jours et 12 euros si souterrain, et il faut réserver Par contre, on a payé pour la climatisation, appartement réservé la veille et la climatisation faisait partie de nos critères vu la chaleur et lorsqu'on arrive on nous annonce que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et qu'on nous a mis des ventilateurs... aucun geste commercial, ni même un "on s excuse " Puis en arrivant dans le logement, nouvelle mauvaise surprise, grosse trace de m... dans les toilettes et on constate que le ménage n a pas été fait.. on nous propose d envoyer une equipe ménage le lendemain... bien sûr ça ne choque personne de nous laisser nous installer dans un logement sale... j'ai donc commencé mes vacances par du ménage.. Vraiment déçue
