Located on the first floor of a building whose location you will appreciate: only 50 meters from the beach of Port d'Avall and with a pleasant pedestrian access, bypassing, by a pretty promenade, the Royal Castle which will take you to the historic center, to the shops and to the beach of Boramar with its famous church bell tower. Lovers of painting come and discover the Museum of Modern Art of Collioure located a few steps away.

Able to accommodate up to two people, this accommodation consists of a living room, an equipped kitchen area, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with WC.

Appartement situé pas loin des commerces, mais pas de place de parking pour garer sa voiture
Accueillis par une charmante dame chez BARIO Immobilier, appartement appartenant à des Anglais, assez bien équipé mais il manque quelques ustensiles (bols pour le petit déjeuner, étendage à linge), les verres sont complètement dépareillés, 2 lits de 90 mais couettes en 140 dont une pas très propre, canapé qui aurait le mérite d'être changé. Situé sur la route de Port Vendres donc beaucoup de circulation, les fenêtres auraient besoin d'être rénovées afin d'être isolées du bruit des voitures et motos car appartement au 1er étage. Appartement propre, soleil l'après-midi qui réchauffe bien en automne
