CHARMING apartment, first line, exceptional location in the suburb of the historic center of the city, located 30 meters from the sea and all shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, catering, tobacco presses, snack sandwich shop, anchovy shop This appartemlent is composed of a fully equipped American kitchen, with vitroceramic hob, ventilation oven, American fridge, microwave oven, extractor hood, washing machine, washing machine, hob ...... Air-conditioned living room composed of two leather sofa and a white lacquered glass table, wifi corner + color printing and stereo. Finally two rooms composed of two beds in 140X190 CM with air conditioning each and a corner bathroom with a team of a cot. description of the places: this tourist town of Roussillon located on the Coast Vermeille, Collioure (in Catalan Cotlliure) has for bordering municipalities: Argelès-sur-Mer, Banyuls-sur-Mer and Port-Vendres. Old fishing village, renowned for its anchovies, Collioure is also popular with painters who like to immortalize its royal castle, its streets and its picturesque church contiguous to a bell tower built on an old medieval watchtower.
The bell tower of Collioure, feet bathed in the clear water of the Mediterranean, was the pole of attraction of all the great painters of the Fauvism: Matisse, Derain then Dufy, Picasso, Juan Gris, Foujita, Survage and well of 'other.

Stopover Phoenicians, Greeks, Visigoths, Saracens, it was fortified by the Carolingians. The kings of Aragon and Mallorca left their mark on it, then Vauban left this unforgettable mark in this little port. The great Spanish poet Antonio Machado spent his last days there and the British novelist Patrick O'Brian rests in peace.

The port of Collioure, with its typical and unique architecture, has preserved its traditions (sardanas, Catalan songs, processions of Sanch, Saint Vincent, Fires of Saint John, bullfights, nautical games). His Latin sailing boats, his famous wines (AOC Banyuls-Collioure), his anchovies made him deserve the title of "remarkable site of the taste". Collioure has a mild climate in the winter, very long summers, and the pleasure of bathing and basking on the blue flag beaches make you discover it too.

To see: the hostel of Templiers: small museum of modern painting - the royal castle of the Knights Templar: former summer residence of the kings of Mallorca and Aragon (XII century) - the tomb of the Spanish poet Antonio Machado - the district of Mouré - Peske Fund Modern Art Museum - Anchovy Meat Shops - Vine and Wine House - Church of Our Lady of the Angels.

Good location, property needs attention
Convenient location with parking space available although this is some distance away. Apartment reasonably well-equipped although needing attention in areas. Main problem which made us cut our stay short was finding cockroaches one night!

Emplacement idéal et appartement très bien équipé
Appartement très confortable avec une situation à 2 pas de la mer. Nous y avons séjourné début avril. Et même si ce n etait pas l'affluence de l'été il vaut mieux avoir, comme ce logement , une place de parking. (parking situé à 100m). Appartement donnant sur une rue peu passante en avril (en se penchant par la fenêtre on voit la mer ...) et vue sur le fort de l'autre côté. Prestations de qualité (grand ecran tv dans le salon, tv dans la chambre, douches multi jets et systèmes d'éclairage épatants....) et un propriétaire très sympathique, bref une adresse à conserver.

Exactement comme indiqué sur l'annonce, que des bonnes surprises. Un propriétaire très disponible pour fournir des renseignements diverses et variés sur Collioure et sa région. Au calme et à 1 min de la mer, un endroit vraiment idéal pour découvrir cette magnifique ville de Collioure. Franchement, nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour dans ce logement.

Séjour très agréable
Séjour du 3 au 10 décembre 2016 Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à la découverte de la région. L'appartement est très bien situé et est confortable. Il est vraiment tout près de la mer et nous avons pu profiter au maximum de Collioure en se promenant à pied. Le parking privé est vraiment un plus même en cette période de moindre affluence. Nous recommandons la randonnée jusqu'au Fort d'Elme en passant par le moulin : ça monte dur mais quelle récompense de voir Collioure et ses environs d'en haut! Vue vraiment magnifique! Nous comptons bien revenir...et nous recontacterons Mr Azéma. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le climat de confiance entre nous et Mr Azéma et sa compagne. Du coup on s'est vraiment senti comme chez nous. Merci de nous permettre par votre location de découvrir cette belle région. Nous vous souhaitons, à vous et à toute votre famille, de très bonnes fêtes de fin d'année. Michèle et Dominique
