Les Loriots is a beautiful country house divided into four delightful Provençal Waterfront Apartments, each with its own private terrace overlooking the river. The house has a private large Swimming Pool which is shared between all four apartments. It is just above the waterfront and beaches and adjacent to the lovely old French village of Collias. It has breathtaking uninterrupted views over the beautiful River Gardon and its beaches below, its gorges opposite and nestles in the rocks in its own pine wood.

The Wing is a spacious, yet cozy, apartment for two people that has a 40M2 TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE WATERFALL BELOW with tables and chairs for outside eating, parasols and sunloungers.

It comprises a Double Bedroom, a spacious Sitting- room (fully furnished with television and DVD), an open-plan Kitchen (newly fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with extractor hood and fridge) and dining area. The Bathroom has a bath/shower unit,cupboards and sink. The WC is separate. There is reversible air conditionning.

It has access to the swimming-pool at all times as do all the apartments.

Traumdomizil mit Einschränkungen
Die Lage des Objekts - ein Traum! Das Außengelände - wunderbar! Der Pool - ein Luxus! Der Ausblick - unvergesslich! Das Appartement Wing: nicht zu empfehlen! Warum nicht? Die Wohnung ist auch bei 25 Grad Außentemperatur ausgesprochen kalt. Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster und ohne Belüftung. Heizung bei unserem Aufenthalt Ende Mai 2018 ohne Funktion. Da schafft auch der Elektroheizkörper kein angenehmes Raumklima. Kleidung und Bettzeug deshalb latent feucht. Einige der Einrichtungsgegenstände würde in Köln niemand vom Sperrmüll mitnehmen. Empfehlung: Mieten sie eine der beiden großen Wohnungen (lower/upper) und sie werden ihren Urlaub in bester Erinnerung behalten.

Wunderbares Domizil in der Sonne
Idealer Standort für Wander-, Fahrrad- und Kanuausflüge. Oder zum In-der-Sonne-Sitzen auf der Terrasse hoch überm Gardon, unter den Robinien oder am Pool, wenn gewünscht. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, freundliche Betreuung durch Allie und Helfer. Boulangerie/Patisserie, Lebensmittelladen, Weinkooperative, alles in der Nähe zu finden. Der Pont du Gard, Uzès, Avignon und Nîmes sind für Ausflüge schnell zu erreichen. Einzige Einschränkung: In den hinteren Wohnungen ist es etwas dunkel und klein. Das stört natürlich nur, wenn man nicht sowieso draußen sitzen kann, und schlägt sich schließlich auch im geringen Preis nieder.
