"2 hours before arriving I tried to contact property to warn that we would arrive after 7pm. Owner wouldn't pick up the phone and texted me that reservation was cancelled. Weekend of the 15th of August, with a 3.5yo and a 4 months. Nice. Owner helped with relocation that's why I do not put the badest."

Tout l’équipement nécessaire pour un excellent séjour en famille où chacun peut trouver sa place et son indépendance tout en partageant de bons moments autour de la grande piscine au sel, eau très douce, de la terrasse ou dans la grande cuisine . "Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."
