Serafini Home is located in a magical setting overlooking the beautiful hills of the Marche, 20km from the beaches of the town of Fano and framed by the villages of Bargni, Serrungarina and Fossombrone.

The beautiful outdoor pool offers a breathtaking view; also available to guests there is a tennis court.

Each unit has a loggia, equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, private bathroom with shower / tub. It can accommodate from 2 to 4 people and it is always possible to add a baby cot 0-2 years.

Serafini Home is an excellent choice for travelers interested in relaxation, breathtaking views, visits to the Marche villages without leaving the seaside resorts on the Adriatic Riviera.

A private parking space in the building is offered to guests.

Pets are welcome, but remember to bring everything you need for your puppy!

Le logement se trouve dans un complexe à environ 30 min. de la mer. Aucune commodité ne se trouve à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux et joli. Il a une partie au sous-sol, relativement humide et fraîche (cuisine, salle manger, salle de bain). Une partie à l'étage avec chambres et salon et salle de bain. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas contrairement au service défini et la relation avec la gérante s'est toute faite via WhatsApp. Une salle de bain n'avait pas d'eau chaude. La cuisinière ne fonctionnait qu'après avoir enlevé et remis les fusibles. Au vu des chaleurs dans les chambres, une ventilation ou une climatisation serait souhaitable. Relevons que l'appartement se situe à l'entrée du complexe, différents bruits nous ont réveillés le matin (aboiements, voitures, petits travaux, enfants ...). . La piscine est superbe.
