"This hotel was set right on the water with a private beach, kayaks, and paddle boat. Our room was very large, and all the rooms have their own balcony. The hotel is very quiet because nobody is above or below you in another room. It's so easy to drive into Cefalu and park, and the hotel has its own parking lot. The breakfast was fine, rather basic, but overall, we loved the setting right on the ocean and would happily stay again. "

"Un accueil parfait sauf que pendant la réservation il n'a ete stipulé a aucun moment que la piscine et le spa ne faisait pas partie de la réservation. Pour pouvoir utiliser le spa et puscine il fallait encire payer 90€/ pers pour 1h30. Sans conter que la restauration etait fermée. Mise a part ça, l'ensemble du personnel etait vraiment sympas et à l'ecoute malgré le problème de langue. "

"The property was amazing! The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was beautiful. The beach is a five minute walk from property - small and rocky but nice. A taxi to the center of town is 15 euros and about a 5 minute drive, or a 30 minute walk. The staff was extremely helpful over What'sApp - gave us recommendations, helped us with taxis, and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend Residence Magarà and Cefalu in general"

"Sono tornato con piacere in questo Boutique Hotel dove trovo personale cordiale e disponibile, la gente di questa terrà è sempre accogliente e simpatica. Abbiamo avuto colazione top con prodotti del territorio e una vista bellissima sul mare. La suite è pulitissima e spaziosa, con una terrazza ad uso esclusivo dove è possibile rilassarsi in tranquillità. La Sicilia è bellissima , il cibo ottimo , i colori ed i profumi straordinari, ma per visitare tutto è necessario venire più volte perchè...

"Wonderfully furnished apartment with a "Million Dollar View" above the sea and the Cefalu rock and castle. Unbelievable friendly owner, who helped us in many cases. Safe parking and short distance to Cefalu's main attractions. quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for getting wonderful impressions of Sicily. Lemon three right in front of the main entrance door. We will return to that place one day. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alvise’s country cottage! He was incredibly friendly and helpful as a host. The location has a beautiful view and lots of privacy, which was more than worth the price. We were able to get some much needed rest and visit the surrounding sites, such as Cefalù, with ease. We would definitely return given the chance."

"The house was lovely and the weather (in Oct) wonderful - temperatures of 25/30 deg C all week! The sliding windows made it easy to step out and enjoy the outside space. Our thanks to Marcello’s wife who baked a delicious cake for us, and for the excellent bottle of wine! We had a delightful stay and were very comfortable in this house. "

"Property located adjacent to very old olive tree orchard. Scenic mountain back drop with ocean view. Spacious upstairs flat with full amenities. Beautiful pool and garden in the yard. Private driveway. Only 2 cons, must have rental car because located in a hard to access part of Trabia, roads are difficult to navigate. And property owners speak very little English, so just plan to use google translate. Highly recommend if you are looking for the real Sicilian experience!"
