The house was clean and perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. We had plenty of towels and toiletries for our stay. We would definitely stay again if we find our way back to the area. "

Stove didn’t work properly, ice make keep dumping ice overflowing, dirty laundry in the washing machine, front door wouldn’t stay closed, the floor of the upstairs shower feels like you are going to fall through, Up stairs toilet seat was messed up, and the a/c quit working in the middle of the on Saturday. "

"Boat house is huge with ample room to dock your boat during the stay is a selling point. The house and cleanliness of the property is great. Wife and kids were very comfortable during a spring break stay. Owners are friendly and communicative. Beach is only 5 minutes away. I will definitely be back."
