There was some construction/remodel being done to the property that we were not aware of, but other than that the property was clean.

Visit to Aggieland
Great communication with owner who accommodated us when we asked for a favor. Owner also communicated with us that the exterior of the property was being worked on which explained the rather run down look outside (they were pulling down siding). Looking around the complex, the other units with the new siding and new bridges looked great - so I'm sure this unit will look great on the outside too. Inside was nice and clean. Mattresses and sofa were very firm which is how we like it anyway. The location is in a complex and across from some sorority/fraternity houses. It was very quiet in the summer - Not sure if it is the same in the Fall and Spring when more kids are around. Liked the covered carport in this summer heat. It was a good overnight stay while visiting Aggieland.

My dad and I stayed here for the weekend. The area was quiet and just what we needed for an event nearby. There is covered parking that we liked. The place was clean and had the essentials. It was pretty chilly outside when we stayed & the heat had no issues keeping up. Thanks for letting us stay!

My husband and my daughter stayed in this lovely property a few days prior to moving her into the dorm at A&M…they said it was very nice, clean and had comfortable beds. The owner was so accommodating to our needs, we had two favors I asked of her and she was more than happy to help us without hesitation….she had quick responses to questions and was right on top of things…my husband and daughter enjoyed the pool one evening and said the location was great for restaurants and stores they needed to visit while in College Station….recommend it and would consider staying again in the future.
