Welcome to Ol’ Army Escape! The perfect place for your family or group of closest friends to spend time in College Station. This home is a new construction built in a subdivision located 15 minutes from Texas A&M and Kyle Field. There are several treasures to College Station close by such as Christophers World Grille (fine dining steak house), only a 5-minute drive, and the original C&J Barbeque, only a 3-minute drive.

Ol’ Army Escape is a modern built home that has black granite countertops throughout, 4 large bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. The home has an elegant and welcoming feel due to all the carefully picked pieces and furniture placed inside. It’s the perfect home away from home. We can almost guarantee, you won’t get homesick while staying here! Each bedroom consists of either a king, a queen, or 2 twin size bed and black-out curtains for a great night’s sleep. All bathrooms are full-size with towels and soaps. The master bedroom has a soaking tub and a stand-up shower (best of both worlds)! There is a full-size washer and dryer as well for any laundry needing to be complete.

You will notice immediately the eye-catching open floor plan with large windows as soon as you walk in the door. The kitchen has an open concept with enough counter space to put together a Thanksgiving…. or Aggie Game Day feast! You will find all the kitchen appliances you need and a Kitchen Aid Mixer as well, how fancy! There are several wine glasses for that relaxing and grilling time on the back porch on the gas grill provided. There are 8 seats available for dining, there is a 4-person dining table and 4 barstools at the counter so all your guests can enjoy a meal together.

Can’t get away from work like you had hoped? No problem! There is a designated work desk in the home so you can take care of those emails or phone calls you need to wrap up!

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1. Smoking and Vaping : Smoking and vaping is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating / cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information located in pet addendum.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Parking in the street overnight is prohibited. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch or soffit of the home; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. Please ensure to turn off the gas for the grill after each use.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (1 in each bathroom) and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guest may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
