Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9pm until 7am. If you cannot do so, you will be asked to leave. No candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed. No tape or anything sticky is permitted on the walls or any part of the home. Please do not put nail holes or tape or anything that could damage the walls. Smoking not allowed anywhere on the property. Please do not use our white hand-towels or towels to remove your makeup. Please use the plain black towels or the black towels with “makeup” written on them. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($15) to replace. Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Please treat our home like it is your own! We want to be able to provide services for our guests for years to come and your kindness and consideration helps make that happen.
