Very noisy if your room is on the side where you can hear people rev their engines in the middle of the night at Wawa. Tower 2 might be quieter.

I chose for the proximity to our event, pool, and bar. I knew as we were approaching the building that I was going to regret my choice due to the dingy curtains hanging in the rooms. Upon entry, everything looked good, and I had hope. Unfortunately, as I exited the elevator on our floor, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong. We entered the "newly renovated" room, and it smelled of smoke and dog so badly that I called down and changed rooms. Arrived at the next room, and it smelled of must, marijuana, and very strong perfume. Had I not booked for two additional rooms, I would have packed up and left. I was very embarrassed that I was in charge of this booking and this is the hotel we had to stay at for the next two days. We decided to make the best of it, and went down to the pool to check it out. The pool was very cloudy, and the smell of chlorine was unbearable. Went to the bar, and the bartender was very pleasant, but there were dirty dishes on the bar, and it just did not appeal to us to spend any time there. And the cherry on the cake was that two of the three vehicles we drove were broken into! They were both locked, and no forced entry, which tells us that someone is stalking the parking lot and programming a device to use as a fab key to open vehicles. Never ever ever again!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had mixed feelings about the experience. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, there were a few aspects that fell short of expectations. The water pressure was low in both rooms. The furniture could use some major upgrades. The breakfast was $17 and not even worth it. Even though we got ours for free, it wasn’t the greatest. That said, the location is convenient, and the amenities were decent. I hope management takes feedback seriously to improve the overall guest experience.

Hotel check in is general smooth, with friendly staff members. Hotel is close to the highway, and there are food options right across the street (walking distance). There are a lot of parking space available as well.

Had to change rooms 3 times upon arrival. 1st room someone used the shower and no one cleaned it . They moved me to another room. 2nd room no heating work and 35 degrees outside. 3rd room was just doable to go to sleep at this point

The property seemed to be organized and well-kept. The room was clean and air flowed properly throughout the night. We struggled with the breakfast options as the food quality appeared below our expectations. When we asked about the breakfast package, the concierge/food staff was rude and sarcastic with her responses towards my elderly mother. She could’ve answered our questions plainly and simply. This was distasteful but other than that, the service and quality of the stay was above my expectations.

Safe and clean place to stay for those visiting DC but not wanting to stay in the city. It's a 10min drive from the College Park metro station and then a 20min metro ride into the city. Would stay here again!

Would not recommend coming on a weekend if you want sleep. My room was above the event spaces and I heard so much noise throughout the weekend. My room also smelled like feet and I had issues with the card so getting into my room was difficult. Also things were very outdated. I would’ve went to another hotel on my stay.
