Teresa, who welcomed me at the front desk, provided exemplary service. Her smile and detailed customer service made me feel at home during my stay. The employees at the restaurant in the lobby facilitated my dining needs with quality cuisine. The gym was clean and the employee greeted me and handed me a towel as I walked into the workout facility. Overall, the atmosphere of this Marriott was pleasant and relaxing.
The property was very nice and close to the stadium (SECU Stadium). It was inconvenient having to walk from one building to the other in bad weather. There should be an enclosed walkway.
This is our second time at this hotel. We come here every year for annual ball and it's always a great experience. The breakfast option is good and I would definitely recommend it. I love this restaurant.
The overall impression of the stay is good. However, the fan in the room was making noise incessantly all night long even though we attempted to turn it off.
