"Very beautiful place, large rooms and nice people "

"The desk staff was very helpful and let us shorten our stay a night due to a change of plans despite our having to deal with Expedia. Our suite on the 3rd floor was very clean, quaint and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel, and it was great having a smart tv to watch Netflix at night. I would give it 5 stars but my wife was disturbed by trains at night which could be heard, I slept through the noise and we were offered a different room when she mentioned it at the desk, which we declined,...

"Our hostess was gracious and ready for us, meeting us outside as we arrived. In her limited English, she was attentive and friendly. The facility has seen better days and needs maintenance. Everything was clean and tidy, but like the light fixtures that needed new bulbs, the place was in need of small repairs. "

"The hotel was in the perfect position around the corner from the main square. When we checked in we were shown our room which was spacious but had no natural light. This was disappointing having booked a superior room. We were offered another room but there was only a bath with a hand held shower. "The property was exactly what we needed. Early morning watercolor painting on the patio, winding country roads to take us to small towns in the area, a well equipped kitchen and fresh herbs from the garden for making dinner. The owner was quick to respond to any inquiries. Idyllic property for a taste of country living."
