"We loved our stay at Grand Hyatt Barcelona! Beginning from the wonderful welcome at front desk from Clara, and continuing to the lovely breakfast and spa facilities, we couldn’t have chosen a better location for our short city break. Our hotel room had lovely mod cons making our stay comfortable and the area was accessible being relatively close to the airport (20 mins) and easily accessible to tourist sites by taxi, metro and bus. The cleanliness of this hotel is to be noted. All requests we had were swiftly resolved and the staff should really be applauded - from the door men to the waiters and waitresses in the restaurants and the cleaners - everyone was courteous and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"This is an excellent corporate hotel to stay in if all you need is a clean, comfortable hotel room near public transportation. The staff is diligent and friendly, with the sole exception of the Sunday afternoon staff that refused to interrupt their snack break to check us in a few minutes early. This is not a hotel to book if you want to enjoy lounging in the lobby or the surrounding area -but it is the perfect place to stay if you plan to spend all of your time in the Old center of Barcelona. "
