A beautiful hotel in downtown Colima, close to the main cultural attractions and restaurants. The only issue is that the patio rooms have tables outside the rooms and noisy conversations can be an issue.

When I checked in there was a 3 inch cockroach welcoming to my room, the bathroom (toilet) was dirty, trashcan by the toilet was nasty and full of used toilet paper.

Buen lugar.
El personal del hotel es muy amable y gentil. El lugar solia ser una hacienda o algo asi me contaron los locales, por lo que la distribucion es algo rara. Debido a eso, restringen la entrada de visitantes, algunos amigos me visitaron y se sentia como que nos vigilaban. Fuera de eso tod muy bien, el desayuno buffet excelente.

No le gusto la limpieza había cucarachas en la habitación, además que muy pequeña la habitación como improvisada, lastima de lugar porque podrían mejorar y tener mejor servicio.

Lo único malo fue que lo que ustedes ofertan no es lo que está en el hotel, mi habitación se suponía que era una cama que en y una individual y la que me dieron fue matrimonial e individual, fue un poco incomodo, pero pues es lo que había, en otras experiencias normalmente te ofrecen algo mejor cuando no existe lo que reservaste o está ocupado
