Location, Location! This peaceful waterfront apartment is the perfect place for your next holiday.
Situated in the heart of Coles Bay, the property is located as close to the water as you can get.
Lying back on the sofa you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Bay and The Hazards, while taking in the activities on the waterfront at the busy boat ramp - often a hive of activity especially in the summer.
Just a short walk away, less than a 100 meters, you'll find the General Store and the popular cafe/ restaurant called "Geographe". The coffee is great! The Pizzas are yum.
This ground floor apartment boasts a spacious open living area, (the living, dining and kitchen all in one space) with the most amazing view. Some people have dubbed it the "fish bowl", as the living area is all glass. You can quietly look out, but as the glass is tinted it is quite private.
There is a reverse cycle air conditioner that has been recently installed. It will be helpful on the occasional summer's day when it is hot, but make it cosy and comfortable in the winter.
There are new beds and the owners have also installed WiFi and you can log in for free.

This magical spot in Coles Bay has been the owners family's favourite holiday spot for many years. But unfortunately, as half of their children and grandchildren have moved interstate, they do not visit as often as they used to, or would like. So they have decided to let others enjoy this magnificent spot and make wonderful memories like they have.
This downstairs unit is totally self contained.
