"We had a nice stay. The property is conveniently located. The condo is spacious and tastefully decorated. Kitchen has nice appliances and was easy to use. We had trouble with the microwave, and Vacasa brought a substitute the next day. The flatware is only a set for 6. Glasses and plates are more than sufficient. Very nice pots, pans, cookie sheets, serving bowls. I think it would be better to have additional flatware. Beds and comfortable. Nice shower. Having the laundry unit inside the condo is very convenient. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the mountains. I'd definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again."

"Many years ago my husband and I had summer access to an identical condo to this one in Solitude Village on Mt. Okemo, so this past week was a real walk down memory lane! The condo was lovely…very clean and well appointed, with sweeping views of the mountains from the master bedroom and living room. The king mattress was very comfortable, and the numerous linens available were fresh, plentiful and high-end. The grounds of Solitude were exquisitely maintained, and while these units do not have AC, the unit gets a wonderful breeze with the windows open and we were more than comfortable with Vermont summer nights dropping to the 50’s and 60’s each night. One thing we remembered about Solitude Village was the amazing clubhouse with gym, outdoor pool and hot tub, and we wondered if our memories would disappoint us nearly 20 years later. But we needn’t have worried. Far from being disappointed, we were amazed at how beautifully maintained the space was with stacks of clean, fresh towels and the pool that was absolutely pristine and perfectly maintained. We loved it and could not recommend this unit more energetically. Vermont in the summer – what could be better? The location is the perfect home base to so many special day trips and we did as much as we could… Quechee Gorge, Woodstock and Plymouth Notch, Echo Lake and Buttermilk Falls – even a wonderful trip to the Hildene Lincoln estate. This is a wonderful spot and we hope to return!"

"Place and location were good. That said management company never sent our check information. Apparently they had sent separate email that required ID verification and was deleted as I thought it was spam. I completely understand why this would be helpful but has never been required at any place I've stayed before. The problem is that this was never communicated in the text I received day prior or with booking email. When I realized I had received no checkin details it then took over 1.5 hrs before I was finally able to get someone to direct me on how to do the ID verification, mind you checkin was at 4p and now it's almost 6p. Then when I went to discuss with Vacasa management the poor customer experience they said there was nothing they could do since the original ID verification email was sent. All in all, very poor initial impression since once they put me in contact with the right person it only took a couple minutes to do the verification and shouldn't have required an 1.5 hr of back and forth with customer service representatives"

"My family had a great stay at this condo. Usually there is something we would change about our rental homes, but I can't think of anything that was wrong with this stay. The place was clean, bright, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and most importantly, was just steps away from Village Run trail which took us straight to the Solitude Lift. I did interact with Vacasa and didn't have any issues with them. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful weekend ski trip with our teenage daughter. The condo is beautiful, very well appointed and just a short walk across the parking lot to the ski trail. We love the location of Solitude Village, so easy to access the entire mountain. We would definitely come back!"
