"All good when we arrived. Room was well prepared with tea, coffee and milk sachets. Lovely towels too. However on the second day of our stay the room was not serviced so we had to buy tea and coffee. Even worse, the towels weren’t replaced so we had to use damp towels the second day. As we paid the full price for each day I think the room should have been serviced the second day."

"Very nice room which was warm and cosy. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay and both meals were delicious. Breakfast portions were enormous. We’d stay again. "

"About 14 minutes from Berwick in a quiet spot. Very comfortable room. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, just ask and you get. Highly recommend but only have 2 rooms so be quick. "

The train station was not far off for access to Edinburgh. Susie was always responsive and helpful. The accomodation had every thing we needed. "
