"This property worked perfectly for our family trip. The younger family members had the bottom floor to hang out in and watch tv till the wee hours, while the old folks had the main floor. It was nice to be able to watch our shows upstairs and they could watch cartoons etc downstairs. The property is fenced too if you have a pet. Thank goodness they have air at the property. "We really enjoyed our stay in this tranquil, comfortable home. It has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped and stocked and the beds are comfy. We loved the view of the trees from the living room. The owners were great to communicate with. We were lucky to catch the fall colors in the area and enjoyed several visits to Big Trees State Park. "Owner communication was above and beyond-super attentive, personable and informative. Property was as advertised and expected. Very clean and quiet. "Our stay here was fantastic. The cabin was VERY CLEAN. Which we appreciate immensely. All dishes and appliances including stove, oven, bbq, coffee maker worked well and were clean. Shower was good. Good location we visted Murphys, moaning caverns, ebbetts pass, etc and this location was great to see it all. We enjoyed the access to teh HOA Private lake. What a great place to spend the day - highly reccomend. Loved this cabin and couldn't reccomend it enough! Would stay here again"

"We had a great time with my family of four and our two small dogs. There was plenty of room and it was a great location. The pilot light was out in the fireplace, but that was fixed within an hour, thank you very much. There was also no sponge to wash dishes, but that was fixed quickly as well. Plenty of room in the cabin to relax and play. Close to snow. We loved that the back deck was fenced for our dogs. Overall we were very happy and would go back."

"This property was lovely. We stayed with the maximum allowed members (3 couples, 1 single, and 7 kids age 5 through 12) and everyone enjoyed themselves. It was perfect. Kids loved all the games as well as ping pong in the garage. Adults enjoyed a good puzzle after a day in the mountains. Beds were comfortable, honestly I think we could have still slept more comfortably due to how spacious it was. 10/10 would love to return and stay."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Pat's cabin! There were 6 of us (and our dog). 3 adults, 2 teens and a 4 year old. There was more than enough space for all of us. Checking in was a breeze. Pat was very communicative and always replied to my messages in a timely fashion. She accommodated us with an early check in. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed. The location is great! I hope we can go back again soon!"
