This charming lodge has stunning views over the parkland towards Dedham. The accommodation is all on one level, sleeping six and dogs are welcome. This cosy property gives you a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day exploring the beautiful countryside.

This Lodge provides a great retreat to escape to for a group of friends or a family. The property is all on one level and has a large open-plan living and kitchen area with access out onto a south facing terrace. The three bedrooms each have king-size beds with the master bedroom enjoying an en-suite with shower. The family bathroom has a bath with a hand-held shower.

Outside, a barbecue and garden furniture are available to allow you to enjoy the outdoor space to the full and your four-legged friend can come and stay as well. Beyond the garden there are over 15 acres of parkland to explore.

All Ground Floor Accommodation:

Well equipped modern kitchen with electric cooker, separate fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
Living space has a dining area with table and chairs for six and comfy seating. There are french windows leading onto the terrace.

King-size bed with en suite shower room.
Bedroom two
Light airy room with double aspect views and a king size bed.
Bedroom three
With another king-size bed.
Family bathroom
Bath with shower over, WC and wash basin.

Outside:
The garden has views over the parkland which is accessible for guests with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Parking for three cars.

Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
