ECLIPSE WEEKEND! On the causeway!

Rustic living is one street away from the Lake and 1 block away from the causeway. It is a true vintage cabin with upgraded amenities with open ceilings. Enjoy the large screened in porch for relaxing and the sounds of nature. Best described as a campers delight; bare bones with a place to enjoy Vermont's beauty.

It is important to note this is a seasonal cabin; small kitchen space, a man made shower to rinse off; open ceilings to the bedrooms and VERY bare bones. It is cozy, comfortable in the most beautiful location.

Enjoyable stay
I spent a few days which allowed me to spend quality time with my grandson and daughter which was more enjoyable because my fur baby was able to travel with me. Was not able to connect to WiFi however I did not feel that was a big deal as my intention was to enjoy my time with family. I would definitely stay here again

House in disrepair
We arrived to find a house with rotting siding and a fire pit made of broken cinder blocks filled with trash and surrounded by rusty chairs. The inside was as described - half walls and a simple shower - and that was ok with us because we expected it. But we could literally see daylight through the walls. There were animal poop pellets in the linens. We are a camping family and I was prepared for summer cabin accommodations, but the listing is misleading and the price point is ridiculous. We could have had more comforts at a state park. I contacted the owner who was unwilling to consider a reduction in price. We left feeling very discouraged. Would not recommend.
