Upon arrival at the hotel around 7:30am the receptionist was very understanding and compassionate and he let us check in at that time and we were very grateful. "This is a high-priced hotel. Front desk staff and spa staff were excellent. The hotel itself is lovely, its location is up on a hill which provides lovely views of the salar. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable and facilities modern. However the dining options and staff need some serious attention. The dining staff spent more time on their phones than attending the food and customers. One evening we weren’t offered drinks and had to go to the bar and interrupt staff member on their phone to...
