"We had to book a room at Pineta as we came late into Italy and our rental car office had closed. Came past midnight and left right after breakfast; hard to give a thorough rating, however, all staff was great and the breakfast really nice."

The only thing that could be improved from our perspective was the sofa or comfy seating. With 2 children under 10 who go to bed earlier than usual, we found the small 2 seater sofa extremely uncomfortable in the evenings. There was also wasn't enough comfortable seating for all 4 of us other than the sofa and plastic dining chairs. It's a small thing though and overall we did have a wonderful time 😊"

"Look no further if you want a fantastic and relaxing place to stay in Marche. The house is extremely comfortable and the garden and pool absolutely perfect. The views from the house are stunning. We were so well looked after by Alessandro and Ricardo - very attentive but in no way intrusive- a thoroughly warm Italian welcome. We would not hesitate to return to this wonderful house."

"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning and as we like to sleep with the window open you heard it come on. It was switched off every night about 11 pm so was quiet for most of the night. But just annoying when it came on each morning would wake you. "
