"el hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y personal muy amable. sin embargo, la comida que ofrece el restaurante deja mucho que desear, pedi un sandwich de carne mechada y estaba dura y seca (recalentada en el microondas). bajé a tomar desayuno a las 09.30 y ya no quedaba casi nada en el buffet, me tuvieron que servir huevos revueltos en paila, se acabó el café, no habia queso, poca variedad de pasteles, etc... pareciera que estaban apurados por cerrar"

"Lobby and casino reeked of cigarette smoke from casino. Maintenance needs to address ventilation of casino smoking section. Otherwise, very nice hotel with good breakfast. Would not stay here again due to smoking odor. "

"Excelente servicio por parte del personal, muy atentas. El lugar está bien ubicado, está céntrico, tiene negocios cercanos. El hostal es cómodo para una persona, el baño compartido con otra habitación y cuenta con calefacción, televisión y otras amenidades. El desayuno está adecuado, y me ayudó a iniciar la jornada ya que los negocios abren después de las 9. Agradezco las atenciones y volvería a hospedarme en el lugar."
