"This was our first time in Paris and it was a treat to stay at Jacques’ apartment! The location is perfect - so close to the Metro and great cafes/restaurants. It was also a bonus to have the Monoprix just down the block. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV but the wifi worked great (although the signal was a bit weak in the bedrooms). It would have been nice to have a few more towels since we were there for 1 week but otherwise...

"Great location across from Gare Montparnasse. Lots of buses and 3 Metro stations close by. Very small, but everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. One person is fine, two would be crowded. Very safe building. Top floor with elevator. I would stay here again."

"Apartment was in good location. Close to everything. One problem was bathroom/toilet door kept locking people in. Also, 10:00 am is a bit early for check-out. Usually 11:00 a.m. is the standard check-out time. "

"Great little place with more space than most Parisian VRBO. We used it as a 1 bedroom though there is a second small room with elevated bed. All appliances and bathroom/kitchen are modern and well functioning. The bakery and express market store, both across the street, were very convenient. Metro stop around the corner and several cafe/restaurants nearby. We did NOT want to be in the tourist areas but rather live like a French couple for 8 days. "We were a group of six adults in Paris for a week and the apartment was ideal for the set up. It provided privacy if needed, but also common areas that everyone could gather. The location, which we were just guessing, if we would like it or not, ended up being central to everything we wanted to do and could easily walk or take the subway wherever we needed to go. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the future. "
