"We stayed at this apartment for 10 days with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment is small, but we expected that for Paris. We didn't have any problems at all. Lisa was a fantastic host. Excellent communication and check in was very easy! The location of the apartment is perfect. You have a clear view of the Eiffel Tower from the front door. We walked there every night and it took us 10min. There is a supermarket about 1min walk, an ATM and chemist across the road and lots of little cafe/bars...

"This small apartment was the perfect location for our stay in Paris - right smack in the middle of Rue Cler. That block of Rue Cler is closed to traffic, which is a big plus, but be prepared to walk half a block to catch your Uber. "

"Easy to walk to the Eiffel. Monoprix 5 mins walk away also a shopping mall. Restaurants and cafes all around as well. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment 2 adults and 2 boys aged 10 and 11. Bus stop right outside the building which we caught a bus and train to Disney for a day which was really easy. I would stay here again. We had a great time."

"Very clean and location was perfect was not too close to touristy areas where you are taken advantage of but just close enough to where locals go and walking distance to Eifell. Only complaint was we got a first floor unit and the street noise with windows open was a little much at go to work and come home times of day, however I would still stay here again. Compared to companies like Paris Perfect I found this company a much better value and equally as clean and centrally located."
