"Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay all around, food was good the little shuttle bus was very convenient, the only small issue was the WiFi. We wished the inside pool would have been a little warmer.. this hotel provides a great value for the cost."

"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."

"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! The rooms could do with a bit of an update but when the view and queen size bed ,tea & coffee in room .what's not to love "

"The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. The room on the other hand I found a bit annoying. A bath in the room where you sleep, quirky but ok I can let that go but a window between the bedroom & the...
