"Me and my family had a great time in this only. Yes, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and always helpful. The only downsides are thin walls, busy road and hard beds & pillows."

"Brilliant hotel, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, my only criticism would be not having a bar but that wasn’t a problem because there were loads of bars and restaurants located very close to the hotel."

From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. "

"Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Le Diva. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner was good quality and plentiful, with lots of variety. In particular the New years eve meal was excellent. The room was quite small, but there is a large bar area where we could relax and play games. After our day on the slopes (very close - ski in ski out) we would use the sauna or hammam and then enjoy playing pool in the bar before dinner. Thank you for an great stay. We intend to return next season!"
