Shorebreak Studio 1 Bali Style
It is a self contained 2 storey studio, private with its own entrance. There are stairs to climb. Just across the road from the ocean and gorgeous beach. It has a comfortable queen bed, ensuite, and living room with kitchenette. Attached is a private courtyard with ocean views and a BBQ.
Shorebreak Studio 1 Bali Style is Modern and comfortable
Enjoy walks on the beach and go to sleep with the sound of the ocean.
The beach is a level 2 min walk across the road.

Separate accommodation to the main residence with separate entrance and private courtyard.

Pet Friendly. The studio is suitable for Adults and house Dogs only. Sorry the studio is not suitable for children. Pets need to be house trained. Please note your dog in the booking request. Extra charge of $50 per stay for dog stays is charged and due with booking. Pet Stay conditions need to be agreed to.
For guests concerned about it being a pet friendly accommodation, the studio is thoroughly cleaned after each stay, with no traces of pets staying present. The studio has hard floors and rugs are removed when dogs stay. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture.

Coronavirus- we have increased our cleaning to include disinfecting all surfaces and washing all linen and soft furnishings at 60o, we also asked guests to wash hands on arrival and each time they enter. We are also using a sanitising air purifier between guests. Until life returns to normal we won’t be meeting guests. We have self checkin key safe.

Excellent stay
We had a great week with our small dog. The beach was a a stones throw away for the dog to have a run and a morning and evening walk. Shops within 7 minutes drive plus a local petrol station 1 minute away for any emergency. The hosts were great and very friendly. We visited the local towns and afterwards just loved to relax with the ocean breeze on the verandah. A great place. We are in our sixties and enjoyed the comfort. Thanks again.

Excellent quiet getaway
Perfect for a quiet retreat. Plenty to do within a short drive. The accomodation was small but perfectly adequate, so close to the beach and has a great view from the lounge upstairs. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

We make the trip to Queensland every year and always stop off in Coffs. This was our first time staying in the shorebreak Bali studio and we will certainly be staying here every time we make the trip up and back, it couldn’t be more perfect. Exellent Property!!!
It was really enjoyable to have your holiday in that property. Bally Style created excellent! Lots of Bally Style decorations!!! The property is located next to the beach. Coffs Harbour is a very interesting touristic place to be in as well. We had a very beautiful holiday over there!!!

Property was amazing and could not fault it . Saphire beach though does have a lot of underwater rocks near the coast which at high tide can’t be seen making it a difficult /dangerous beach to swim at . Traveled to other nearby beaches to go swimming

Dog friendly accomodation close to the beach
The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. It contained everything that we needed on our holiday stay. We had room for our dog’s XL crate too and we had all creature comfort. The location is perfect, close to the beach and central to many places of interest like bushwalking, scenic lookout, restaurants and the main city, Coffs Harbour. Kellie was a lovely host and provided all the information we needed before our arrival. Would be happy to come back again and recommend it to our friends with dogs.

My husband and I along with our dog enjoyed two nights at Shortbreak Studio 1. The studio has everything you need, right down to kitchen appliances. The main bed area opens up to a secluded deck and the lull of the ocean is the best sedative you could wish for. Beautiful property and 2 mins to walk to the beach. Lovely owners who take pride in what they have. Dog friendly was a plus and our doggo enjoyed her stay as well.

I loved the place but feel it’s upside down. I think the bed belongs upstairs with the aircon and the TV, and the sitting room should be downstairs with the bathroom and toilet. I guess that’s subjective. Our pup Luna loved it and was respectful even when the dogs down the road were barking provocatively. Great little place so close to the sea. So quiet and peaceful. Great art everywhere, beautiful wood, and a decked courtyard to sit outside in. Really charming.

Comfort right on the beach
This is a beautiful little studio located across the road from sapphire beach. We only stayed for two nights on our way up the coast but we would have be happy here for a week. Lovely little courtyard with a daybed and good BBQ both of which we utilised. Functional kitchen with a good size fridge. Good to bring supplies as nearest shop is a bit of a drive away. Lovely view of the ocean from the upstairs lounge room. What we really were amazed by was that the owners had though of every little detail to help make the stay comfortable from basics in the kitchen like olive oil, salad dressing etc to spare phone chargers and DVD selections, we also appreciated the delicious drinks welcoming us :) the only negative if we had to pick one would be that the bed creaked. Thanks to the owners for providing such well thought out and pet friendly accomodation at beautiful sapphire beach!
