With all this at your fingertips, you can grab a coffee, newspaper or breakfast before a short stroll to the stunning Sawtell beach just 100m from your front door. A large screen Smart TV, also connected to Netflix and YouTube, is located in the open living area. There is a large balcony transitioning off the indoor living space which has been fitted with a privacy screen and remote awning, creating an outdoor area for relaxing or alfresco dining. The kitchen boasts stone bench tops and Bosch appliances, along with a coffee machine and selection of tea and coffee pods provided. Laundry needs are catered for with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
