Driftwood Court 1 is central to Sawtell's famous Cafe and restaurant precinct - where you will also find Sawtell RSL and a variety of boutique shops. Sawtell's main patrolled beach is also just a short stroll.
The apartment features a recently renovated kitchen with an open plan living and dining area with ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player with a comfortable five-seater couch and NBN Wifi for your enjoyment. The bathroom also provides as an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Outside there is a shared swimming pool and BBQ facilities with an outside dining area to soak up the sunsets.

Driftwood Court1 will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests.
Main Bedroom: Queen bed and built in robes
Second Bedroom: 2 x King single beds and built in robes
Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Single lock up garage, access at rear.

There is no stairs to access Unit 1 and free wireless internet is provided. No pets, no smoking and no parties are permitted at Driftwood Court.

Didn’t read no aircon in unit. Awning outside main bedroom terrible with rain hitting it. I was awake almost all night with how loud the awning was. Couldn’t close windows cause no air flow. Couldn’t use dvd player cause the player was so old a cables didn’t work. Had to go the shop a buy new aux cable to be able to watch dvd. No Netflix for kids. Fridge did not keep food or drinks very cold even set on highest cooling setting. Under couch bed an tv unit were no clean. Cleaners must just clean around stuff. Overall not bad for the price.

Driftwood court
A great unit walking distance from the beach and town. Kids loved the pool! Noisy due to Main Street traffic and hot with no air conditioning but the unit was very clean and comfortable. Thanks!
