Took a really long time to check in...even when no one else was in the lobby checking in. Had an odd smell...not a clean smell like a lot of hotels. A/c not turned on in the room before arrival. It was 78 degrees in the room.

The front staff was very kind and helpful. However, the room was 85 degrees when I walked in and it smelled very musty. The quality of products was low and the TV didn’t work very well. Truly, I can’t get over how musty it smelled.
