MAIN FLOOR
Upon arrival at Lakeview Pines CDA, you enter the main floor and are welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows lining the great room and showcasing stunning views of the crystal-clear water of Lake Coeur d’Alene and its picturesque shoreline. The vaulted wood beam ceiling, candelabra chandelier, gas fireplace and cozy couch and chairs make the main floor great room the perfect place to relax and admire the breathtaking scenery. Connected to the great room is the open, fully-stocked kitchen which contains everything you need to cook family meals. There is plenty of room for the entire family to eat together with a farmhouse table seating eight, a bar height table seating four and four counter stools. Next to the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and extra pillows and linens. Walk down the hallway and you will find a full bathroom. Further down the hall is a guest room with a king bed, and a bunk-room with two twin-over-twin bunk-beds and one twin trundle bed. Across the hall is the primary suite which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. Extending the entire length of the main floor is a western facing deck with a natural gas grill, bar-height table for four, and fire-table with seating for four. While on the main floor deck, surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains, you will marvel at the natural beauty and experience the fulfillment of vacation. And don’t forget about the covered front porch with its hanging porch swing - the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon siesta.

LOWER-LEVEL
Head downstairs to the lower-level and you will find the ultimate in family gathering spaces - the game room! Complete with a full-sized table for card and board games, ping pong table, foosball table, arcade games, mini-shuffleboard, mini-fridge, huge, leather sectional couch, 82-inch smart-TV as well as an extensive DVD selection, the game room will keep your family entertained for hours. The lower-level also contains two more guest rooms, each with a king bed and slider door leading to a deck boasting views of the pristine lake and surrounding majestic mountains. Additionally, you will find a bunk-nook with a large work desk, one twin-over-twin bunk-bed and one twin trundle bed. Please note that the bunk-nook has a barn door to provide guests privacy, but does not have a closet or window. The lower-level also has a large, beautiful bathroom with a sliding barn door and double-sink, and an adjoining, private room for the toilet and large, river-rock tiled shower.

HOUSE RULES AND INFORMATION
- Maximum 16 guests (13 adults maximum).
- Lakeview Pines rents to families or responsible adults over the age of 25.
- No parties.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- Lakeview Pines is located on a hill and sits on over 4 acres of land. For the protection of its guests and for the protection of the 4000 square foot home, Lakeview Pines provides exterior security cameras. The devices record audio and video, when motion is detected, 24/7. The exterior cameras are located at the front door, front porch, backyard (NW side of house), backyard (facing slope/lake), driveway (left side), driveway (right side).
- Within 48 hours of booking, the primary guest must provide proof of a current and valid state issued driver’s license and sign the Vacation Rental Agreement in which the full terms, conditions and house rules for a short-term rental at Lakeview Pines are contained. If for some reason, the primary guest cannot agree to the terms of the Vacation Rental Agreement, the primary guest may cancel their reservation within 48 hours of booking and obtain a full refund (minus any processing fees).
