Large screen TVs are placed throughout the house so at the end of the night everyone can enjoy their favorite show or game. The downstairs lounge area is the perfect set up for adults or kids to watch a movie, play ping pong and other games. Out the back door is a private, screened-in patio with seating surrounding a gas firepit, a BBQ and your own jetted hot tub.

While staying at this home you can relax on the shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene, this is under a mile away or you can hop on your bike and explore the Centennial Bike Trail, only a block away, this trail will give one of a kind breathtaking views of Coeur d'Alene Lake. After a day relaxing by the lake, or exploring hiking trails, shopping, or dining, you'll love coming back to this beautiful home and enjoy the back yard patio and all that it has to offer!
