Thiis is a charming house with a beautiful backyard for your dog and for hanging out in the beautiful Coeur d' Alene air. Just bring your own toilet paper and laundry detergent since they don't provide enough for a long stay and won't give you anymore if you run out.

Cute little bungalow
Had a comfortable stay. The house had pretty much everything you needed. Owner and property management group were quick to respond when needed. The only problem we had was that it was not clear how to lock the place up when leaving. All and all a good stay. Would stay again if in the area.

This is a great house with all of the amenities one could want. A 1 mile walk to the beac. Grocery store close, nice craft bars. Yup I would go back.

We enjoyed our time staying in this little bungalow. It was clean and had all necessary amenities. However, the grass had not been mowedbin a very long time, so our first impression wasn't great. Also there was a strong musty doggy smell.

We have only 2 complaints - > There was no coffee. > There was no corkscrew. This is a small, very clean, comfortable place. Two lounge chairs were very confy. 14 minute walk to downtown. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great backyard.

Place is nice. Had everything we needed. Unfortunately the door code quit working on the second day and was never resolved. I messaged the owner with no response. I texted with an agent on the Vasca app. The agent could not/did not resolve problem. We had to leave because we had a tee time for golf. We Never heard back from anyone after that.

Wonderful, time on Boyd
This home is very quaint and small but do not let that fool you as it is well appointed and comfortable. With ample outdoor living space and fenced in backyard on a lovely evening you will be more than happy to sit outside and enjoy the serene neighborhood. The bungalow on Boyd is centrally located making sightseeing or business meetings convenient to attend. While only one bedroom the comfortable furniture and thoughtful decorations make you feel at home and at peace. The bed is comfortable the cabinets are stocked with all the supplies you will need to prepare yourself a meal and the couch reclines. If you are looking for a quiet low key getaway to couer d'alene that is centrally located, check out the bungalow on boyd

After working out a problem with verification of my identity through VACASA, We arrived to a clean home that had most things you and your dog may need. Comfortable for 2 people and a dog. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced backyard. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Overall happy with property. Suggestions: 1) Freezing when we arrived. Would have been nice to have some heat turned on before arrival, but did heat up relatively quickly. 2) Hooks by the front door to hang jackets would be a nice touch 3)Only found one small baking dish, Another larger one would have been nice. Otherwise kitchen had everything we needed. 4) Shower curtain needs replacing. Mold starting to grow on it. Thanks for a great stay and early check-in

Cozy 1 bedroom cottage, with a great backyard
The 1 bedroom cottage with a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and a large backyard - including gas grill and picnic table, was perfect for us. The layout necessitated the bathroom being located away from the bedroom (making for a long walk late at night if you needed to go). This is a pet friendly place - they even have feeding dishes for your pet in case you happen to forget yours.
