Ammon Place Getaway - Modern house, close to Centennial Trail and Riverstone!

Immaculate modern home in central Coeur d'Alene location! This fully upgraded 2 bed/2 bath home features LVP flooring throughout, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, fully tiled showers, 3 mini-splits, electric fireplace, a loft office area, and finished garage. Open concept design with plenty of natural light in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within half a mile to Riverstone, Spokane River, Centennial Trail, Kootenai Health, restaurants, shopping, and so much more!

An elementary school field and playground a few blocks away is open to the public. Enjoy main floor living, with the master bed and bathroom on the main floor, and the second bedroom and bathroom plus walk-in closet upstairs. The second bedroom has one king-sized bed.

There's an Apple TV in the living room, and Roku TV in the upstairs bedroom. Live TV through Spectrum is now available. Prime Video and Disney+ included. Use your Netflix, Hulu etc. accounts on our two smart TVs for additional streaming. Both bedrooms have black-out curtains and white noise machines. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Fully fenced backyard area with a propane firepit, as well as a two-burner Charbroil propane grill.

The two-car garage includes dumbells up to 35 lbs. and space for bicycles or other items so you can stick to your workout routines while you're away from home. Coeur d’Alene Short Term Rental License #61490

This property is pet-friendly, but I do charge a $50 pet fee to offset the additional cleaning costs. When you make your booking, please select that you are traveling with pets, so that this fee is applied correctly.

This home is in a good location to easily get to Riverstone or downtown Coeur d'Alene. It's very comfortable and well equipped. I did have a bit of a challenge getting the great room area warm, but there is a nice fireplace with blower to help

This is a gem! I want to live in this well-appointed high ceilinged mini-castle!! My daughter was involved in an event at the Coeur d’Alene Resort, we were very close by but had the ability to do laundry, cook meals, and no hassle with elevators or parking. We would love to stay again next time we are in town!

Wonderful modern home
Perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. Home is comfortable, clean, and cozy. Double garage is awesome in bad weather. Beds are very comfortable, showers are hot and strong, and nice touches like Keurig coffee. Kitchen is a bit light on pots and pans for serious cooking. Awesome place. Will definitely stay here again.
