Perfect location. Great place for couples.
Great neighborhood. Two blocks from Tubbs Hill/Sanders Beach and within walking distance of downtown. Very quiet and relaxing. Clean and comfortable. House layout is a little odd. One room has a lot of cabinets/closets that were either full or too small. Room would make an excellent walk-in closet someday. Owner very easy to communicate with. We would recommend staying here.

Great couples getaway.
This property was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and close to so many restaurants and amenities. We were able to ride our e-bikes everywhere with easy to find bike lanes.

Ramon’s property is spectacular! It’s an adorable, well-appointed cottage steps from the lake and everything downtown CdA has to offer. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Ramon is also wonderful—book this home if you can!

We loved staying at this cottage. It was a beautiful February weekend and we loved exploring Tubbs Hill, which was only 1 block away. After our hike, we loved walking through the beautiful neighborhood and admiring the lakefront homes. The host was very responsive and check in and out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortably quiet
My wife and I have now stayed three times and each time has been fantastic. I liked the quiet, solitude, and ease of access to the property. It’s a short walk to the waters of Coeur de Alene lake and it's nice to take a walk from the front door. There was also a trail around the point that allowed one to see a beautiful part of the lake.

Cozy Cottage
We had a lovely stay in this private and cozy cottage, in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors, conveniently located next to the beach, Tubbs Hill and a short walk to the resort. The amenities in this rental were perfect for our needs!
