"The house was large, clean and comfortable for our stay to Tallahassee. We were there for an extended weekend to tour FSU with our daughter and brought our small Shih Tzu. It was wonderful having the large yard for her instead of a patch of grass at a hotel. So much more convenient. Vrbo’s are also such a better alternative for space and cleanliness when traveling. "I had to leave another VRBO because it had roaches. After one night in a hotel, I was lucky to find this place last minute. The owner was communicative, check-in was a breeze, the property was clean, and it had everything you could need for a VRBO stay."

"Host communication is superb as well as property. Vacation rental by owner as a company is not a fair company and we will be not be using them going forward. Fees charged by Vacation rental by owner and their communication is poor. Trying to communicate with them via Philippians call center is bad and not flexible. We will never use Vacation rental by owner again. "
