"Bel accueil de Luigi qui même si on ne parlait pas italien est arrivé à tout nous expliquer. Equipement de la cuisine gentiment hétéroclite mais pas du tout important quand on est en vacances à 2. Beau balcon, climatisation appréciable et parking privé très pratique. Seul petit couac (Abritel ?), l'annonce disait Draps et serviettes fournis ce qui n'était pas le cas. Nous avons été obligés d'aller en acheter. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location "

L'appartement est situé au nord du centre ville ce qui permet de partir très vite visiter le nord ouest de la Sardaigne. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied et le quartier est très calme. Petit bémol, le matelas du lit double est très mou Très bonne expérience dans ce logement avec un hôte très sympathique."

"Es gibt außer der Türe nicht ein Fenster zum auslüften. Sämtliches Mobiliar ist verschimmelt in der Küche ist alles geschimmelt Schneidebrett Kochlöffel überall ist schimmel drauf. Der muffig Geruch durch den schimmel in der Wohnung bekommt man durch das lüften der Türe nicht raus. Wir waren schockiert das man eine solche Wohnung zur Miete für Touristen mit Kindern anbietet. Der Pool der zur Anlage gehört ist auch kaum nutzbar da das badepersonal nicht zu den angegeben Zeiten immer da ist... So...

"Bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est à 1h d Algherro et d Olbia. La piscine est plutôt agréable car peu frequenté. La douche dans le jardin est une très bonne idée. Plusieurs bémols toutefois, l appartement est loué pour 6, mais il n'y a que 4 chaises.......et lorsque j'ai demandé puisque nous étions 5, nous avons eu droit à un hochement de tête.... Quand on a déjà fait du camping on tolère à peu près ...la proximité avec les voisins de balcons sans cloison. Pour les autres ce sera plus contraignant. Les architectes n' ont sans doute pas pensé à l' intimité de certains appartements dont la fenêtre principale de la cuisine débouche sur la table de jardin des voisins. "There were 14 of us in total and the property fulfilled our needs perfectly! There was ample room and the property was immaculate and well appointed. The onsite manager was extremely helpful especially when we had a problem with the boiler and hot water which was resolved within a reasonable timeframe. The pool was excellent. There were restaurants, bars and beeches within easy travelling distance. The roads are a bit scary but the overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend...
