"Loved the amazing ! Breathtaking view this hotel had around guatape . The sun setting and sun rising was just unbelievable. Would come back, just one thing though. I had to wait for an hour for my jet ski appointment, I was told if I was late or didn’t cancel 90 minz before I would be liable 100% for the payment. But when I waited over an hr for the guy in charge of the jet skis, there was no apology and was not offered any further accommodation. I asked to check out one hour later due to this inconvenience. And was told straight no that wasn’t our problem by hotel staff. And was told if I checked out any later a late fee would apply. "

"Very convenient location to Medellín airport. Property offers free shuttle to and from airport as well as complimentary breakfast made to order. Great for a short term stay or for an overnight near the airport. Staff was very friendly. There is golf course and horses on property too. Would definitely stay again for a quick stopover."

"Great place to stay if you are flying in or out of Medellín. Very comfortable rooms and a great breakfast! The pool and lawn area next to the pond is very nice as well. Would recommend staying here as I will probably return again in the future. "
